1. Our commitment to security
The security of our clients' information and operations is a priority for ZAKIO. We implement technical, organizational and operational measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data we process.
2. Technical and organizational measures
To reduce risks and protect your accounts and data, ZAKIO implements, without this list being exhaustive:
- Communication encryption: all connections between your browser and our servers are protected by SSL/TLS protocols with high security levels.
- Secure storage: sensitive data is stored on secure infrastructures compliant with European standards and industry best practices.
- Access controls: access to systems and data limited to authorized personnel, with logging and access supervision.
- Strong authentication: strong authentication mechanisms for access to sensitive services (e.g., OTP, multi-factor authentication).
- Monitoring and detection: intrusion detection systems, continuous monitoring and alerting to identify and respond quickly to incidents.
- Regular tests and audits: security audits, penetration tests and regular security patch updates.
- Incident management plan: established procedures for detection, analysis, containment and resolution of security incidents, as well as notification when required by law.
3. User-side security: your best practices
Security also depends on your daily actions. To limit risks, we recommend that you:
- Choose a unique, long and strong password, and change it regularly.
- Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) if available.
- Never share your credentials, passwords or OTP codes by email, phone or message.
- Verify the site URL and ensure the presence of the padlock (HTTPS) before entering sensitive information.
- Avoid using unsecured public Wi-Fi networks for banking operations.
- Keep your operating system, browser and applications up to date.
- Immediately report any suspicious activity to contact@zakio.fr.
4. Security incident management
In case of a confirmed incident, ZAKIO commits to activating its internal procedures: identification, containment, remediation and, when regulations require, notification of competent authorities and concerned persons. We will strive to limit the consequences and provide users with necessary information.
5. Limitation of liability
By accepting ZAKIO's services, the user waives their right to pursue any form of legal action in any jurisdiction for any loss, damage or harm, regardless of cause, resulting from direct or indirect access through use of the site.
ZAKIO is not responsible for inconveniences, interruptions, losses or damages that may occur during use of the site or otherwise, particularly in case of technical problems, service interruption, cyber attack, error or unauthorized access, except where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
6. Updates and contact
We regularly review our security measures to adapt them to technological and regulatory developments. This page may be updated; the date of the last modification is indicated at the top.
